In our Executive Overview your company's executive team learns all about what culture is and what it isn't. We'll cover all three (3) culture ingredients and discuss where the company currently stands from from their intuitive standpoints. The discussion will end with a list of the top five action items that will help the organization move forward culturally.
The length and cost of these sessions depend on the size of your organization and team. Our goal is to be leave your executives with a simple road map for improvement with no need for follow up from us. Of course, in the event that follow up is required (by phone or in person) we can make arrangements to continue to work with you until you are comfortable with your progress and ongoing efforts.
